Assembled compete ailerons, drilling, etc. - 3.0 hrs.

Today I pulled out the rest of the parts and clecoed the ailerons completely together. I match-drilled the right one, dismantled, and deburred it.

It's not as easy as it looks to get this all clecoed together, believe it or not. Since the nose ribs aren't riveted to the spars yet, you have to think about how to cleco this stuff together. Plus, the nose skin is curly and seems to have a mind of its own. But I wrestled it together and here it is, ready for drilling.

Here it is, after drilling the nose skin.

Next, you drill the #30 holes through the nose skin to the counterweight pipe inside. In this shot, that's the row of clecoes pointed almost right at the camera.
