Aileron Stiffeners - drilling, deburring, dimpling - 4.0 hrs.

Today I finished deburring all the aileron stiffeners. Then I clecoed them to the aileron skins and drilled them to the skins. Boy... this was reminiscent of the empennage parts. Tons of these stiffeners to deal with. Once they were match-drilled to the skins, you take it all apart, deburr each hole on both sides (skin and stiffener... four sides total to deburr) and then dimple the stiffeners and the skins. This is all tedious, time-consuming and boring, but it has to be done.
