After a couple of days have passed and the balloon is still inflated, you can call it a successful test.

This tank is FINISHED! Yippee! I attended the local chapter meeting tonight and was able to report this milestone to the group. It feels really, really good to have these tanks successfully finished and this part of the project behind me. Now I can bolt this sucker to the wing and move on.
