Installed and Sealed Access Cover Plate - 2.0 hrs.

This tank is essentially finished. All that remains is to install the access cover plate, with the fuel pickup tube and fuel float gauge attached, and seal it up.

A couple of hours later, here it is! I elected to not use the cork gaskets that come with the kit for the cover plate. Instead, a bead of proseal was used all around, and special care to also put some around each bolt head and washer. I know I can get this plate off if I never need to for some reason, but hopefully it's on for good. For the fuel float gauge, I did use the rubber gasket, with proseal on each side of it. This thing should be finished! Now to let the proseal cure enough for a pressure test...
