Fitted Fuel Float - 2.0 hrs.

Next, the fuel float gauge needs to be fitted and installed.

The wires that hold the float need to be bent like this, at a precise place and angle so it works most accurately. Then it will be installed on the cover plate using the black rubber gasket. I plan on sealing it all with proseal.

Here it is, ready for final prosealing. Make sure the float is free to move up and down. Then this cover plate will be sealed and bolted onto the end rib.
