September has turned out to be a very busy month, with a weekend at the beach with friends Stephen & Missy from Seattle, business travel and lots of other things going on. So it feels good to get back into the shop and continue work on my canopy frame. Today I prepped everything to shoot the JetFlex topcoat on all the interior parts that will show before riveting it together, and I went ahead and shot the topcoat. First, the skin and the canopy brace parts:

Doesn't look like a whole lot of work, but all of this takes considerable time and preparation. When it's dry, though, it will finally be time to rivet it all together.
