The prep work on these brackets took a long time, but I got it finished. There are lots of corners, the inside rectangular cutout, and curves. These have to be deburred extra well because you don't want any sharp edges wearing on the seat belts that attach to them. So I took my time and did a thorough job. I also drilled the top flanges for the nutplates that will be riveted on. I believe this is the first time I've worked with nutplates that have both rivets on one side of the bolt hole.

I also finished deburring all the holes in the skin on the other side of the bottom skin. So this is ready for the edge-finishing deburring.
