Finished scallops on F-623's, deburring steps - 3.0 hrs.

Today I finished the scallops on the F-623 flanges for the right side. You can see the pictures from yesterday to see how I did it for the left side. Then, I spent some time on the step weldments, deburring and polishing them. They are going to take a lot of work. I only got a small start.

Boy, this steel is so much harder to deburr and clean up than aluminum. I used my die grinder and a scotchbrite wheel to clean up the welds and get into all those small areas. Lots of work left to clean these up.
