It's time to start on the longerons. Boy, you don't want to mess this up when you cut them to length. I must have measured 5 or 6 times, before finally committing to the cut. I'm wondering why there was so much material left to waste, unless there's a use for the leftover pieces somewhere else later on. That's why I measured and re-measured so many times. There's a good 8 or 9 inches of angle left over.

These things are so long, they stretched the length of my work area. I used a step ladder to hold up the other end while cutting. Then I carefully deburred the ends.

The next step is marking for where the bending begins and ends, and marking out the areas where you don't want any bend or twist. You also mark for left and right, forward and aft, top and side.

This marked segment has no bend or twist. Tomorrow I'll start the bending process.
