Length - 20-1/2", Width - 12", Height - 11"

20" x 11.5" x 12" for pets up to 15 pounds
Has some minor damage near the latch on top. Looks like someone (may have been me) set something on top and the latch pressed the plastic. There is a wire ring all the way around the top, that the latch goes over. So this should not be a problem. The last picture of this one shows the damaged area. I did not see any other damage.

It is missing one latch, see the 3rd picture of this one. I don't see this as a problem, with the latches fastened, I can not open this area.

Inside the door it says (Small 19" L x 12-1/2" W x 10" H) This must be the outside measurements.

It is missing 3 fasterners, see picture 11. I don't see this as a problem, we took our cat to the vet a number of times with out these fasterners. If need be regular screws could be used or can buy fasterners (about $6 for 12 on the web)
