Think they call it fleece lined.
Good condition, do not see any wear.
It has a company logo.
The little white things you see near the company logo are loose threads and I removed them after I saw them in the picture.
The larger white spots you see on the other pocket appears to be silicon sealant.

The hood can be rolled up and held under the collar with a velcro fastener.
It looks faded, but that may the color it should be.
