Meetings are typically held on the second Thursday of each month at 7:15pm at the Clark Regional Wastewater District (CRWD) Office Conference Room, 8000 NE 52nd Ct, Vancouver, WA (just north of NE 78th St between NE St. Johns Rd and NE Andresen Rd).  

Below is the typical meeting topics for each month.

So far we have one exception, the Annual Potluck will be held Thursday, February 9th instead of January (there will not be a January meeting). The potluck dinner meeting will be at the Clark County PUD Community Room at East Mill Plain Blvd. and Ft. Vancouver Way. We will start serving ourselves at 6:00 p.m. Bring your favorite food dish to share and your own eating utensils. Come and enjoy one of our best social events. Burt is planning to have the club’s historical records on display in hopes they will spur some remembrances of past club events and gatherings, and of former members. Perhaps that will help us to look forward and think about how we would like our future to be – both personally and as a club. Please plan on joining us at this fun annual gathering.

• Mar – Solicit candidates to elected offices due to change in July
• Apr - Social meeting with presentation, speaker or other options
• May – Begin process of selecting YRE & Seasonals for next year
• June – Elect officers and finalize schedule of YRE & Seasonals
• July – Annual picnic - Location to be determined
• Aug – No meeting
• Sep – Start process of selecting traditional events to host next year
• Oct - Social meeting with presentation, speaker or other options
• Nov – Finalize traditional event schedule for next year
• Dec – Christmas cookie meeting

As a member you will receive a Monthly Club Newsletter, a reduction in credit walker fees for club walks and you get the opportunity to become part of a fun group planning and hosting walking events.
