Defective Merchandise All purchased merchandise is guaranteed for 30 days from the purchase date for defects.Please contact us before returning merchandise so your return is authorized. Your merchandise will be replaced with the same item. If your item is out of stock, we will issue you a credit (in the same form of payment), or you may select another item that equals the same price. Defective merchandise must be returned in order to receive a replacement. We will pay for the replacement item to be resent.
