Discrepancies

Contact us at snorman@iinet.com regarding any discrepancies within 3 days of receipt.
If you receive an item that has been sent incorrectly, we will cover the cost of the return postage and resend the merchandise USPS First Class Mail.

Defective Merchandise

All purchased merchandise is guaranteed for 30 days from the purchase date for defects.
Please contact us before returning merchandise so your return is authorized. Your merchandise will be replaced with the same item. If your item is out of stock, we will issue you a credit (in the same form of payment), or you may select another item that equals the same price. Defective merchandise must be returned in order to receive a replacement. We will pay for the replacement item to be resent.

Merchandise That You Don't Like

You have 3 days from the receipt to request to return merchandise that you do not like. Merchandise must be returned in good condition. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to returned items Returns are at your expense and shipping fees are non-refundable. Refund will be made in the same payment form as purchase was originally made in.
