  Pringle Creek Community is the first project to begin construction on the 275-acre Fairview Training site in Salem, Oregon. Guided by the principles of sustainability, Pringle Creek will offer a variety of housing options and innovative community amenities. Every building and infrastructure component will be built to meet high standards for energy efficiency, green building materials and green building techniques. Our goal is to preserve the natural setting while creating a vibrant and active community for people of all ages and incomes.
