Legends.
Eventually I'm going to finish
re-photographing these older models. I purchased a second copy of
this one because the original copy has gotten nicked and scratch
from being used so many times as background. That seems the fate
of Legends models; they are so easy to grab off the shelf and add
to an image.
This model,
like the one in the last update, was on page one of the British
collection. At the time, I was using a Canon S10 digital point-and-shoot,
which had a shutter button and a 1.5 inch screen, and minimum menu
options. I'm on camera seven now (four Canons, one Lumix, and two
Nikons). The recyclers got the S10 (which wore out), the kids got
three of the Canons and the Lumix, and I kept the Canon SX100 (which
I would be embarassed to give away) as well as the two Nikons. This,
of course, explains the purpose of this web page (which confuses
even me sometimes): it's to have an excuse to buy cameras!
Next. Now
that I've bought my last camera ("or else", she says),
can diecast be far behind? Or, in a pinch, would Corgi satisfy?
