Zone Collection, Series 1. Nice model, put
out by Model Zone in 2006. I bought this one from MZ just recently,
and the markdown just paid for shipping costs to the US. I now have
three of these Series 1 models.
There are two -- what's the word, bothers? -- about this mold, and
Corgi should have taken care of them from the get-go. Namely, props
on the Hurricane never fit tight enough, and canopies aren't snug
against the fuselage. Maybe the company will make fixes in a future
release. After all, Corgi/Hornby has produced a new mold for the Spitfire
Mk 1, so it could happen to the Hurry. |
