Power Series. Well, my toe is getting
firmly stuck in standard scale, shades of my '50s plastic kit days
with Aurora, Revell, Monogram, and Hawk. I can't see how this particular
version of this particular mold can help but be a classic. The model
has no flaws, and the scale allows wonderful details, especially in
the engine, exhaust, and bracing-wires. HM is now in a head-to-head
quality race with Corgi, and a new, more durable box design might
put them into the lead. |
