Mr. Mullaney is a family law attorney licensed to practice in Florida and Georgia.
Family law cases include divorce, paternity, adoption and child
support cases. Mr. Mullaney's practice
regularly takes him to Duval, Clay, St. Johns, Nassau, Ware,
Charlton, and Camden Counties. Mr. Mullaney is also a Florida
Supreme Court Certified
Family Court Mediator.
Education & Experience
Mr. Mullaney was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. He
graduated from Wolfson High School in 1985. He attended the University of Florida and received a Bachelor of Science degree in
1990. After attending graduate school at the University of Central
Florida, Mr. Mullaney graduated from Cumberland School of Law at Samford
University. Mr. Mullaney received his law degree in 1996 before
returning to Jacksonville where he has been practicing ever since.
