Displays one contact at a time.  Print single contacts or multiple contacts to side punch and place in a three-ring binder.
Displays multiple contacts with names, contact dates and telephone numbers.  Print a call list to follow-up on leads.
Displays entry screen with contact information on left side and comments on right side.  Designed to fold in half and side punch to place in small binder.  This is for those who prefer a smaller size binder to carry in the car or for a briefcase.

Individual explanations of each button displayed across the top of the entry screen.  Includes buttons for omitting, displaying, printing, new lead, sorting, and closing file.  This is accessed from the "Tell me about this screen" display.
