This report prints your list of
contacts
sorted by the last contact date. It is useful to verify when you
should be following up on particular leads.
- Contacts listed by next contact
date
The next contact date report lists
contacts sorted by the date entered in the next contact date. It
is very useful to ensure timely contact with your leads.
- Contacts listed by lead status
Often, a report showing the status of
leads is important. When talking to a contact, mark this box to
send materials when that is desired, call back, etc. Go to the
scripts menu and click for the report which will display and print with
all leads of the same status grouped together.
- Contacts listed alphabetically
This report lists all displayed
contacts alphabetically using the information entered into the
AlphaSort field.
- Distributors in your downline by
level
Mark only the distributors in your
downline as Distributor in the "Lead or Distributor" field at the top
of the screen and their level in the distributor information
fields. Under the scripts menu, chose the "Report of Distributors
by Level" report and your downline will be displayed grouped by level.
