Provide the account name to appear when you log in (you may want

default to your computer log-in name)
Provide your distributor number (this will be your password)
Provide your mailing address (CD with necessary files will be
mailed
to you)
Your payment of $35 will bring your copy of Lead2Join to your
address within the United States. Contact us for specific amount
to
cover increased postage for mailing to other locations.

Lead2Join is mailed via Priority Mail on Mondays, Wednesdays and
Fridays of each week. Allow one to two weeks for delivery.

Download the Lead2Join order form and
mail it and your check to us. Your copy will be customized with
the information on
the order form and will be mailed to you on CD when payment is
received. The CD will include all necessary files, including an
instructional video in QuickTime format.
