Letters and Envelopes
- Form letter to mail to all
selected contacts
The format for a letter is set up to
allow typing of a single letter to be mailed to all selected
contacts. This is useful to announce meetings, telephone calls,
etc., for those people who do not use email accounts. It is also
useful for sending information or brochures to prospects.
When different letters are needed to be
mailed to each person, use this format. It can be kept with your
contact until you change it for the next letter to be mailed.
- Business envelope (#10) with
your return address
The envelope layout is set up to allow
you to use the printer tray to feed the envelope. The layout has
a place to type directions for your own printer to ensure the envelope
is properly feed into the printer. A separate field allows the
placement of your return address on this layout.
- Business envelope (#10) without
return address (for preprinted return address or use of return address
stamp or label
This second envelope is set up as the
one above but does not have a return address. It is used when a
return address label or stamped is used or if you are using preprinted
envelopes.
Included in Lead2Join is a field in which to check when a
particular contact should be included in a group printing of envelopes
or letters. That same field can also be used to mark contacts to
be printed in a particular summary. Be certain to unmark the
field box when printing is finished.
