Lead2Join is designed for entry of data that will be important to you
in the follow-up of leads. Ongoing entry of requested data is
important
to provide good organization for consistent contact of your leads.
- There are fields for general information such as name, address,
phone
numbers, email and web page addresses as well as an alpha sort field,
most
commonly sorting by the last name of individuals. An additional
sort field is added to allow a separate such as priority or whatever
criteria
you choose.
- Other useful data includes contact dates with fields for first,
last
and next contact dates. There is also a field for a time if you
have
a specific appointment. The information entered here is used for
corresponding
reports.
- Birthday and anniversary fields are included for those who wish
to
utilize that information as an additional sales aid.
- Information to track your distributors as they sign up includes
the
join date, level, ADP, status (1K, 5K, etc.) and ID fields for this
distributor
as well as sponsor and placement. The status information should
be
updated regularly from the information in your back office at the
company
web page. It is useful for sending congratulations to your
downline
distributors as they promote themselves to the next level.
- The field to check languages for this lead will allow you to
send
specific information to those who may have a native language other than
English.
This is also helpful if you have a lead who is more comfortable in a
particular
language to allow you to match them with someone in your upline or
downline
who speaks that language. It is useful to ask a distributor to
join
a three-way telephone call with a prospect either for yourself or
another distributor.
- A field for comments is provided to make notes when talking to
this
lead to help you better remember specific needs and interests as well
as
notes for future contacts. Comments should be added in the entry
box
and clicking on the button directly above the comments field which will
automatically
date your note and place it at the top of the comments field. The
comments field is editable to make corrections or add more
information. An expanded
display to show the comments in a full page is also available and
printable.
All data is easily entered by tabbing from field to field or by
clicking
in individual fields. No saving of the file is necessary because
data
is saved automatically each time you leave the field by tabbing or
clicking
in another field.
