About Us
The creator of this database, Glenna Rose, has used various database
files
for over twenty years, from the simplicity of a spreadsheet or mailing
list
file to more sophisticated programs such as d-Base, Access and
FileMaker
Pro. She also has instructed hundreds of students in the use of
the
popular software programs and suites on both Windows and Macintosh
computers.
Her first computer, used in her secretarial and bookkeeping service
bureau
started in 1983, used a CPM operating system followed later by
DOS.
She taught software classes for both of those operating systems as well.
Glenna Rose has been an active distributor since August of 2006.
While
preparing a database for herself to duplicate for her own downline, she
decided
to prepare a beginner-friendly database to help other distributors as
well.
Her experience working with beginning computer users and her own
database
use has produced Lead2Join.
As more and more distributors use the file and provide feedback, more
features
will be added and some changed. The goal is to always keep it
beginner
friendly while giving the distributors the power of FileMaker Pro, a
highly
sophisticated database management system without the need to purchase
or
learn another program. Therefore, Lead2Join is created through
FileMaker
Pro as a stand-alone file utilizing a run program for its operation.
