What are "grab collars"?
Grab collars are just what they are called, collars to grab hold onto. They are a soft cotton fabric with interfacing in it for substance that I sew into a loose fitting collar that you can grab to get dogs off the couch, in/out of a crate/vehicle/xpen. It is loose enough that it doesn't leave a "collar mark" on their neck or if it gets hung up they can usually back out of it. There is no tag to attach a lead. They are just for identification, and grabbing. Plus I do them in fun holiday/seasonal/every day fabric so a fun way to "dress up" a big dog. I use a marker to write my last name and phone number on. If the fabric is a light or plain color the marker shows up fine, if it is a dark or busy print, I sew a name tag spot onto the collar. Grab collars are $5.00 each.
Testimonial:
Thanks again for the great collars. We are definitely stuck on these things so don’t be shy in keeping us posted on upcoming patterns/material!
People might not think they are that great until they use them a bit and see just how wonderful and easy they are! With our Goldens it doesn’t mash down the hair like a regular collar tends to do and they are so easy to wash.- M.P.
