The old Classrooms in Building #2, have been converted to Studio Apartments for $460.00 per month, One Bedroom Apartments for $561.00 per month, and Two Bedroom Apartments for $652.00 per month, with separate electric and DirecTV billing for each unit. Due to the square footage and amenities of these units, a minimum monthly income of $1350.00 will be required to qualify for occupancy.

These are comfortable apartments, complete with all appliances and wired for DirecTV, internet, and telephone. Each has its own temperature control for your personal comfort. We have kept the charm of the building with tall windows, and wide window sills,  and accented the hallways with beautiful light fixtures. There is a complimentary laundry room in the basement, as well as an exercise room to help keep you active.
The new elevator stops at all floors to allow you easy access without having to use the stairs.

The Nun's Quarters in Building #1, have been remodeled into Efficiency Apartments, and will be easier on the budget. The rents in these units will be based on income and tenants will never pay more than 30% of their adjusted income These will have all utilities paid (water, sewer, garbage, electric, and basic DirecTV service). These efficiency apartments have been comfortably furnished with a twin bed, night stand, a rocker recliner, dining table and chairs for two, and the basic kitchen appliances.
Telephone hook ups and internet accessibility is available in each unit, just sign up with The Toledo Telephone Company and your ready to connect to the world wide web or call from the comfort and privacy of your own room. Of course you can access the computers in the Library during our regular business hours, and spare yourself the expense of the extra bill.

There is a Laundry Room on each floor for your convenience, as well as an Elder's Lounge on each floor for visiting and socialization with your family or the other tenants.

All of our Elders are invited to the Senior Nutrition Program Lunch on Mondays and Fridays in the Dining Room at St. Mary's Mission, and if they would like to join the SNP in Longview on Wednesday for lunch, they can drive or make arrangements with the Cowlitz Transportation Services for a ride.

And as the need or desire grows, we will be looking into expanding the meal services offered at the Mission to accommodate the needs of our elders.
