This first step is the most important one. I will interview
you or your designee to clearly understand your practice and the physician
attributes that are compatible.

I use a variety of strategies to source candidates. Each potential candidate
is carefully screened. You won't receive just any CV. Rather, I will
present interested, pre-qualified candidates that reasonably match your
opportunity.
- A productive interview.
It's important to understand a candidate's and his/her family member's
needs, interests, and concerns. I will help assess, then share this
important information. That way you can plan an interview visit that
is both productive and valuable to you, to the candidate, and to
his or her family members or significant other.
- A good decision.
I will obtain thorough, insightful
professional references. Of course, if you prefer to do professional
referencing on your own, I will provide you with the reference names
and contact information. Once you've made an offer decision, I am
available to provide candidate feedback or to facilitate communication
through contract signature and relocation.
- Helpful information.
You can count on me to offer suggestions if I identify barriers or
opportunities to more successfully attract and retain quality physician
candidates.
- A fee structure and services to meet your needs.
Clients often work with me on a contingency basis.
However, a practice with an urgent need requiring a dedicated physician
recruiter may elect to retain my services. This type of search includes
an upfront retainer to fund advertising and dedicated recruitment
assistance. Specific recruitment tasks such as candidate screening,
referencing or credentialing can also be “unbundled” and
