I’m a lifetime resident of the Pacific Northwest with more than twenty years experience in healthcare marketing, management and physician recruitment. 

Prior to launching my own firm, I spent many rewarding years as a physician recruiter for a regional northwest hospital system. I partnered closely with physician leadership and executive teams to assess and implement successful recruitment and retention strategies across specialties.  

A key tenet of my profession and practice has been to thoughtfully work with physicians, helping them find, evaluate and ultimately choose the right practice home.

I credit a respected physician medical director for giving me my early foundation in physician recruitment. He taught me that the “right fit” matters most and like any business, relationships are key. That principle has served me well -- I am successful when I help a physician, and his/her family, find a satisfying, compatible practice in the right community, and when a practice client hires a valued, long-term partner. At the end of the day I want to be known for my honesty, integrity, service, and effectiveness. Some might find my approach idealistic, but I believe it is the core principle for our mutual success.

On a personal note, I’m a University of Oregon graduate who enjoys hiking, cross-country skiing, community activities, reading, and spending time with my family and friends.
