I am a lifetime resident of the Pacific Northwest with twenty years experience in healthcare marketing, management and physician recruitment.  Prior to launching my own firm, I spent many rewarding years as a physician recruiter for a regional northwest hospital system. I worked with physician leadership and executive teams to assess, plan and implement successful recruitment and retention strategies across specialties. I have also worked with countless physicians, helping them find and choose the right practice home.

I credit a respected physician medical director for giving me my early foundation in physician recruitment. He taught me that the “right fit” matters most and like any business, relationships are key. That’s the foundation of my business now. I am successful when I help a physician, and his/her family, find a satisfying, compatible practice in the right community and a practice client find a valued, long-term partner. At the end of the day I want to be known for my honesty, integrity and effectiveness.

On the personal side, I enjoy hiking, cross-country skiing, reading and spending time with my daughter and husband in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. I am a graduate of the University of Oregon.
