1. Can you get webpages? If so your email client may have missing or incorrect settings. Please refer to the "Repair Email" section of the email support. A link below has been provided to our repair email section.

2. If you cannot get webpages hangup and try connecting again or powercycling your DSL modem.

3. Disable any internet security software and try again.

4. Reboot your computer and try again.
