How is my first payment via EasyPay handled?
If you sign up for EasyPay after the 20th and have an outstanding balance then you will need to pay via check or credit card. On the following month, you will see an EasyPay debit on your checking or savings account. If you sign up for EasyPay before the 20th then your account will be established as quickly as possible. Going forward, you will see an EasyPay debit on your checking or savings account on the 20th of each month.
What if I have a debit card, not checks?
Please call us at 1-800-689-4303. We can set up your account quickly. You can also add your credit card or debit card quickly and easily at myaccount.iinet.com under "billing information".
How do I know my bill was paid?
You will always receive a receipt via email whenever a payment is made.
