Windows: Repair outlook 2010


Open up outlook 2010.

With the program open, click file, info, and account settings.Once here, find your account from the list and click "change".

Ensure that all of the settings on the next page are correct. Put your name in the name field, and you email address in the email address field. Account type will be POP.

Incoming mail server: mail.iinet.com

Outgoing mail server: smtp.iinet.com

Your user name is the same as your email address.


Click "more settings" and "advanced". The outgoing server should be sending over port 587 and using SSL encryption.

Ensure the checkbox for "leave a copy of mail on the server" is unchecked, having this checked can result in unwanted disk storage charges. Under the "outgoing server" tab, authentication should be turned on.

Press next and finish. You should now be able to send and recieve mail.
