  • How do I "zip" attachments?

    For Windows:
  • You will need to download WinZip (free evaluation download) from http://www.winzip.com
  • Once you have downloaded and installed the program you will need to "zip" the file(s) you would like to send and then attach the "zipped" file to the email. This will allow you to send files, such as .exe, that are blocked by our filters to help prevent the spread of viruses.
  • A "How To" on zipping and unzipping files can be found here http://www.winzip.com/xdir.htm

  • For Mac:
  • A free compressor and encoder (works like WinZip for Windows) can be downloaded at http://www.stuffit.com/mac/expander/download.html
  • You will need to compress your files, such as .exe, and then attach the compressed file to send it via e-mail.
