Username/Password Issues with Accelerated

Error:
    Your user name and/or password were not accepted by the Infinity
    Accelerated Service. Under the Connection tab of the Settings dialog,
    verify that the login information specified is correct. If this problem
    persists, contact Infinity Internet.


Fix:

Windows:


    Right click on the Infinity Accelerated Icon and select "Settings"



    Click on the "Connections" tab
    User name: Should be your complete email address in all lowercase letters
    Password: Your current account password
    Then click "OK"


    Then right click on Infinity Accelerated, choose to "Stop Infinity Accelerated"
    and then right click on Infinity Accelerated and "Start Infinity Accelerated"

Mac:


    Open the Infinity Accelerated Icon and select "Connection"

    User name: Should be your complete email address in all lower case letters
    Password: Your current account password
    Then click "Apply"
