.: About CRR
Many record companies
no longer produce music in their own facilities. At Columbia River
Records we have taken a page from the past to face a changing
future. By producing our own audio and video "in house" we cut our costs.. The lead producer Jim Olson has
over 40 years of experience in the
entertainment industry. Our affiliation with
Burnside
distribution gives us a international "on shelf" presence as
well as extensive internet marketing. The publishing
division of Columbia River Records Inc. is Hot Rain Publishing
BMI established in 1968. A dedication to quality music has made us a
force on the west coast. The primary focus of Columbia River
Records will be to the Christian market. While the group Mercury
Blue is the lone exception to this, their positive lyric content will make
them welcome guest in any Christian home.
It is our goal to produce music that will be a positive
influence on all who hear it, and bring glory to the Lord that inspires
and guides our hearts daily.

.: Tommy Overstreet

We at CRR wish to thank Country Legend and Rockabilly Hall of
Fame member Tommy Overstreet for his continued wisdom and assistance. His
contributions to the music industry continue to this day. In a time when country
music was a small market format his musical courage helped introduce country
music to a world audience.
I also wish to express gratitude to my life long mentor
Gene Breeden. I was privileged to learn my craft at Gene's expert side and
be present when his production of "I'm A Truck" by Red Simpson reached #1
on the national charts. God bless you both.

.: Artists:

"God and Country
"
Marc Ensey's new CD Release "God and Country" is
one of those rare CD projects that do not have a marginal track. All twelve
songs on this project are single release worthy. Along with two military
tributes scheduled for release as a rare two song single "Not on My Watch" and "The Old Army Bag" are nine songs
of inspiration along with a wonderful bonus track "California Lost Its Shine".

Carla Collins
"When Angels sing they sound like Carla Collins" CRR is proud to
announce that Carla Collins "On the Wings of Angels" CD is presently being
re-mastered and will shortly be released. Her Christian classic "I Believe in
Miracles" and "On the Wings of Angels" are on this CD and even better than
before. Carla is blessed with one of the most expressive and warm voices in the
industry and we at CRR are sure you will love her as we all do.
Mercury Blue
Mercury Blue are a group of six very talented young people recently
signed to Columbia River Records. They represent our excursion into alternative
rock. Their first release will be a song entitled "I Can't See Past the
Lights" It is a tribute to a young man named Trey Foote who after a
long struggle succumbed to cancer. During Trey's battle his high school
rallied to his support, especially the football team, wearing Trey
T-Shirts and many even shaving their heads in an expression of solidarity.
This garnered an extensive amount of media coverage and now Trey's touching
story is to be the focus of a major motion picture. The members of
Mercury Blue were also the same young men who were on that Sky View High
School Football team and Trey's closest friends.

The production of GodBurst is now underway. It will be a powerful
touring musical ministry of sight and sound. Featuring several artists including
Marc Ensey, Carla Collins, The GodBurst singers and dancers to name but a
portion of the cast. This along with an extensive Light ,Laser and Video show
this production will be something far beyond a simple concert.
